Hygiene Check

Although most companies do have a customer feedback mechanism, a lot is at stake for high end players specially in the hospitality sector, in case customer services are unsatisfactory. To cater to such clients, our secret auditors can conduct hygiene checks by way of mystery shopping.

Integrity Testing

In Greek Philosopher Plato's book The Republic, a story of "Ring of Gyger" is narrated. The philosopher poses a question by presenting a hypothetical magical ring which grants its owner the power of invisibility at will. It is asked, whether a rational person will be moral and do the right thing and avoid the temptation of vices if his actions are undetected.

A mystery shopper is the silent witness to the possessor of such a magic ring. The secret auditor silently observes if the staff is following protocols and highlights in case of any non compliances. This type of mystery shopping is called "Integrity Testing."

Penetration Testing

While physical penetration testing does not usually fall under the gamut of services pertaining to mystery shopping, checking the security arrangements by secretly trying to sneak an object that can be used as a weapon can keep the security team at its toes. This then becomes a combination of both hygiene check and integrity testing by checking the security apparatus of a facility in real time.
